Tax
We must collect sales tax when shipping to the State of California.
Shipping/ Handling Charges
Shipping/ Handling charges are not refundable.
Pricing Policy
We reserve the right to cancel an order, at our discretion, if an item has been priced incorrectly.
Return Policy
DivinGear supports the products that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it with the following conditions:
- Item(s) returned must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
- All merchandise must be in new and re-sellable condition complete with manuals, accessories, instruction cards, & packing materials.
- An "RA" (Return Authorization) must be obtained before returning item(s). (Packages will be refused without a return authorization marked clearly on the box.)
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, send email to orders@divingear.com.
The original receipt is required for all refunds. Please do not send using USPS. UPS is our preferred shipping carrier. All returns should have a tracking number for your protection.
After a return is received, the refund will take approximately 1 week. We will do our best to expedite exchanges, replacements and repairs.
DivinGear.com retains the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any item returned without the original packaging.
There are NO returns or exchanges on CUSTOM or SPECIAL ORDER items!
Repackage the product securely in an outer carton and send it, prepaid and insured, to DivinGear.com, 820 West El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087. Be sure to include inside the package your sales slip and a note describing the problem with the item and what you want us to do (repair, replace, refund or issue a credit memo to be used on other merchandise).
Damage in Transit
If the package appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it! Keep the original shipping carton. Notify DivinGear.com immediately! Do not return the merchandise yourself.
Contact your local Shipping Office and complete their Damage Inspection Report. Request them to return the merchandise to us. Notify our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag Number and we'll arrange for replacement.
Warranty & Repair
If you're having a problem with the function of the merchandise, please contact us! The product maybe fine and we're happy to assist you with the problem!
DivinGear.com is an authorized dealer for all products that we sell and we offer full manufacturer warranties. The manufacturer retains the option to repair or replace any defective equipment in question.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item which has not been received, contact the Customer Service Department. Avail. 9 am - 5 PM PST, Monday - Friday, at: 408-530-0569. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be cancelled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise is non-cancelable.
Gift Certificates
A Gift Certificate is the perfect gift for many! They may be ordered, paid or, and redeemed on our web site. We can also mail the gift certificate to you or directly to your choice of address.
Sorry, there are no cash refunds on gift certificates.
