If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase date, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Items that are not in the original packaging, or have been used will not be accepted! Returns must have an "RA" number on the outside of the box, or it will be returned. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Email or call to receive a "Return Authorization" number for your return. Print clearly on the outside of the box.

Packages returned unclaimed by the carrier must first be claimed by the purchaser. We will either resend once the extra shipping cost is paid, or if the order is canceled, there will be a 15% restocking fee. No refunds on shipping charges.
