Riffe Speargun Mid-Handle Teak (Threaded Shaft)

The Mid-Handle Series is the most desirable of the three series for blue water & close bottom hunting. The Mid-Handle offers the maneuverability to swing around fast for tracking your game with ease... Primarily a stomach loading speargun with the option of a rest tab for hip loading. Specifically, the speargun of choice for those serious Blue water Hunters who pursue the big pelagic fish of the open ocean.

• Heavy-duty 4 laminate teak stock with side machined grooves for ease of handling
• 5/16"(7.9mm) threaded shaft, Large replaceable two-barbed spearhead, 2 wraps of line
• Model #W Blue Water comes standard with a 3/8" (9.5mm) shaft, Ice Pick Slip Tip, Breakaway setup
• Models #B-I come standard with (3) 9/16" (14.3mm) amber power bands - (may upgrade to 5/8" diameter)
• Model #W comes standard with (4) 5/8" (16mm) amber power bands
• 300 lb. Nylon monofilament shooting line for faster shooting and abrasion resistance
• 5" Bungie Shock Chord with 550 lb. test Pigtail Ball bearing Swivel, except #W
• Doweled and reinforced muzzle for added band strength
• Models #I & #W have an additional bolt through muzzle for added reinforcement when using four bands
• Heavy-duty Fiberglass, reinforced Nylon over molded cushion grip handle
• RIFFE's stainless steel 2-piece trigger mechanism assembly, which accepts all diameter RIFFE shafts 1/4" - 3/8"
• Locking-pin safety
• More Powerful models must be fired with two hands to prevent injury from excess recoil
• Speargun rigging may be changed to customer's preference - upon request
